This spacious 5-bedroom Double Storey house, providing you with all the essentials you need for comfortable living: a well-equipped modern kitchen, elegant open-plan living and dining area, 2 sleek bathrooms, 6 comfortable beds, plus a splendid alfresco and gorgeous yards.
The space: Thislargeproperty is easy to accommodate up to 12 guests. Ideally configured with 4 bedrooms which are situated on upstairs, all bedrooms attached with walk-in robe, a master bedroom an ensuite is one of these. While the fifth bedroom offers 2 single beds is located in ground-floor.
• The actual total number of guests, including children, must be entered and registered as guests on the booking. Unregistered guests are not permitted.
• We may ask for a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence or passport, to verify your legal name and other details.
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.
• Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 9 pm and 8 am as most of our properties are situated in quiet residential streets which are noise sensitive.
• Smoking or vapinginside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies. Also, DO NOT leave cigarette butts anywhere in the gardens, planters etc. If butts are found on the premises a $150 surcharge is applied if we find cigarette butts anywhere.
• Furniture should not be moved around the house and utensils, crockery etc. not to be removed from the premises. You will be liable for any damage caused from the moving of furniture and bond charged accordingly.
• Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchenware after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
• All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out.
• Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
• We request that guests take responsibility for their trash by sorting it into the correct council bins. This will help keep our community clean and sustainable.
• Remember pull the council bins out to the natural strip kerbside on MONDAY nights.
• Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Empty all bins inside the rooms and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind.
• Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
• Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
• Please take extra care of house key(s)or remote controls,any loss of keys or remote controls has to be reported to us immediately. Charges of key orlock replacement may be imposed if keys or remote were lost, damaged or not returned to the lock box.
• A 24-hour security camera is installed at the front of the house, facing the driveway.
• To ensure a mature and responsible environment, we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. This means that someone who is under this age limit cannot book a stay for themselves.
• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper rolls, but this may not be sufficient for your entire stay. You may need to purchase additional supplies as needed.
