Being built in early 2016, this new two storey house boasts the essentials to a summer holiday house, with a modern design, spacious living areas and most importantly, a prime location 50m from the beach track of Surf Beach (see map in the photo gallery).
Downstairs consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom, toilet, laundry and living area with a widescreen TV. Upstairs opens up into another living room with spacious couches in front of another widescreen TV, a modern kitchen, stone tabletop bench, a large dining table and a sheltered balcony from which you can catch glimpses of the sea over the sandy hills and vegetation, you can relax on one of the deck chairs or lie down on the hammock and enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of the waves. Also upstairs is a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, large two panel corner window overlooking the street, and a walk-in wardrobe which leads to an ensuite bathroom.
Outside, the backyard is fully fenced, accompanied with a garden which follows its perimeter. Joined to the house is another sheltered deck with an outside dining area perfect for a barbecue. Next to the house’s back door entrance is an outdoor shower for cleaning up after trips to the beach.
The house is centrally situated between towns of San Remo and Cowes, both an under ten minute drive away. Other main attractions of Phillip Island are within close proximity as well, being a five minute drive to the Grand Prix circuit and 15 minutes to Penguin Parade. Public transport in the form of buses is also available with the nearest bus stop only a five minute walk away.
