There is also an additional private balcony accessible from the lounge room, where an Air-Conditioner is located. The main bedroom has an air conditioner as has the kitchen . Other bedrooms are accompanied with fans for the warmer months, while hydronic heating throughout for the cooler months. There is a large fully-equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, with an additional outdoor BBQ for use. Complete laundry facilities inclusive of washing machine, trough and dryer for your use.
