It`s the perfect place to unwind and escape from the city, with the sound of the roaring ocean heard from the deck, to spotting the wildlife around you. Stunning places to see like Walkerville South, the towns of Meeniyan, Inverloch and Wilsons Prom on your doorstep if you choose!!!

With two inviting sitting areas, multiple TV`s - one Smart TV allowing access to streaming platforms, a bathroom with laundry access, a separate toilet and three generous bedrooms, this home radiates comfort and space. Also a work station where you have access to Wifi and a monitor to do those last minute emails.

Equipped with modern amenities, a well-appointed kitchen, split system heating and air conditioning, and an indoor fireplace for those chilly nights.
