Positive: Great location for family event I attended. Room comfortable - shared toilet and bathroom. Older Chinese lady very welcoming even though she did not speak English we did our best to communicate.

Negative: Communication and orientation could have been better.

Summary: Ideal location for Chinese speaking guests.
