Summary: While the location was great and overall we enjoyed our stay and it was great value, there are several things that need to be improved. There were no staff available and no map provided to our room, so we spent ages going around 3 floors of 2 different complexes to find out room. We also couldn't ask anyone if it was ok to leave our suitcase anywhere on the Sunday for a few hours. While the electronic key is convenient for "after hours" (6pm on a Friday) check in, it is inconvenient as I was constantly stressed that my phone would die and we would have no way of getting in. The toilet seat was not attached and the hot water took ages to kick in. The apartment was also tiny, the pictures are certainly not of the studio we got.
