Yarraville is a friendly and welcoming neighbourhood located less than 8 kilometres from Melbourne city.
The property is located between Yarraville and Seddon Village, with less than a 5 minute walk to each train station.
We have provided complimentary kitchen and bathroom supplies for use during your stay including some environmental friendly products from ZeroCo, and Yarnn.
They are there to help you get started for your stay.
The whole group will enjoy access from this central location.
Close to Yarraville Village there is an abundance of excellent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants located on Anderson or Ballarat Street.
If you prefer a bit of a further stroll there are also shops, bars & cafes located on Charles street, Victoria street and Gamon street in Seddon.
The property is located on a main road. The windows are double glazed which significantly decreases the noise from the traffic.
BEDROOMS
There are 4 bedrooms.
MAIN BEDROOM has a king bed with ensuite.
SECOND BEDROOM has a queen bed.
THIRD BEDROOM has a double bed.
FOURTH BEDROOM is the second sitting area. The lounge can be made into a bed. Just so you are aware the entrance to the courtyard can also be accessed from this room.
LIVING AREAS
Watch the world go by from the large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area or the second sitting area.
Heating and cooling is via a split system in the main lounge room. Please note that the gas fire heater does not work and has been capped off.
There is a secure private courtyard with BBQ facilities and 6 seater dining table and chairs.
The boundary fence of the courtyard is shared with our lovely neighbours. We ask that you are respectful of the house rules regarding quiet time, smoking and vaping on the property and parties. An extra cleaning fee will apply if these rules are not followed.
A second small courtyard with a tranquil water feature is also located off the third bedroom.
The main bathroom has a large spa bath plus a shower.
Guest access
The whole house is available for you during your stay.
If keys are lost or there is a call out, a lock out fee of $150 cash will need to be paid.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The property can sleep a maximum of 8 guests.
There are additional costs if more than 4 guests are booked. Please ensure the correct number are added into the booking request so total amount can be calculated.
A VERY strict NO PARTY policy.
NO smoking or vaping on the property.
The property also has a shared wall and courtyard boundary with our lovely neighbours, we ask that you are respectful and thoughtful of the noise you make during your stay keeping in mind the HOUSE RULES of quiet time between 11 PM and 7 AM and that this is a smoke free property (including smoking and vaping of any substance).
