This beautiful beach house is only a short 15 minute walk to Cowes main street and an easy walk to the front beach.
The sleek kitchen offers chef standard equipment including a two Technika Ovens with spacious butlers pantry. The open plan living zone is oriented to capture the natural surroundings through floor to ceiling glass doors to the huge swimming pool. A further living zone opens to a gorgeous alfresco dining area complete with bbq. Upstairs as an additional spacious living area with views of Western Port Bay. Xenia is simply a stunning residence which doubles as a wonderful retreat and/or an entertainers delight. The obvious feature is that you don't ever have to leave the property while having a resort style holiday.
Xenia accommodates 10 guests in extreme comfort. There is one Queen Size bedroom downstairs with views of the pool together with a luxurious ensuite. The master King Suite, located upstairs, has generous proportions and is complemented with an oversized bathroom with spa bath and a large walk in robe; a definite retreat. The second King bedroom is also well-appointed with a private ensuite. Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 have 2 king singles. There is a large central bathroom upstairs that boasts space and luxury with a double shower and oversize bath. All remaining bathrooms are fully appointed with double showers. All the bedrooms are of generous proportions and furnished with exquisite style.
Guests can access the entire house, except the garage. The house is set up to provide everything a guest may require during their visit.
