We rent a lovely 2 floors family house built in the 30s, with 7 rooms and a private access to the lake of Annecy. The house has a big garden (1500m2) and a large terrasse on the garden's side. The house stands along the national road Annecy-Albertville, it is situated 17km from Annecy, accessible by bus, car, boat or bike. It is 3,5km away from the town of Doussard, where all facilities and shops are to be found. The house has 5 rooms and a capacity of 12 people. There is a large living room with a chimney and a beautiful view on the lake; a fully-equipped kitchen; 2 bathrooms and showers and 2 WCs. In the garden, there is a table tennis table and a gantry for the kids, as well as a large table on the terrace for the grown-ups. If needed, there are also equipments for babies. The place with a unique view and a private access to the lake and to a space to enjoy the sun by it, it is ideal for a large family or a group of friends' holidays. There are plenty of outdoors activities around: paragliding, water activities, nice hikes for all ages, biking. The whole place is to be used by the renters expect for one room used for storage in the basement. Due to the neighbourhood, the house is more convenient for families, it does not fit for people having party, nor peole wanting to use their motorboat on the lake.
