The Space:
Riverbank, stunning two bedroom ground floor villa overlooking the Barwon River, magical river inlet views, pelicans and sunsets. Few minutes walk to the beach, river, golf clubs, bowling club and coffee shops. 4 minutes drive to Barwon Heads, 15-20 minute drive to Geelong, Torquay, Pt. Lonsdale, Queenscliffe, Portarlington, Indented Head, St. Leonards, Geelong Adventure Park, Wineries, Red Brick Cider House, Bellarine Brewery, and Olive Groves.
Riverbank, includes 2 bedrooms both with queen beds and one single bed also in bedroom 2 (a cot is available for baby) one bathroom which includes shower, bath and one toilet. There is also a cot and high chair at the villa. The kitchen, dining and living area all overlook the river and sunny deck areas. There is split system air conditioning, in the cooking in living area, radiators, and ceiling fans in all rooms. The living area includes TV with Netflix and Prime and is well furnished and fitted out with comfort and style in mind. The kitchenette includes sink, bar fridge, ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric frying pan, etc. for week-end, weekly or extended stays. The laundry includes washing machine and dryer, there is also outdoor drying space. Outdoors there is west facing deck overlooking the river, and east facing deck overlooking the back yard, both exiting from the living area, so plenty of options to relax and enjoy the views in any weather. A BBQ with seating for 4 is placed on the deck area. Enjoy lovely river walks in the area.
