Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The house was a good size. The bathroom was nice. Beds were comfortable and good quality. The couches were comfortable too. The washing machine and dryer were both in working condition. The kitchen had a good amount of crockery and utensils for us to use. And the stove and oven were in good working order and condition. The AC unit worked well and kept the house cool on the 39°c day! Communication with the owner was good and they were nice. Quickly came to drop off the key when it wasn't there when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay in this place.

Negative: Please note: we enjoyed our stay and these are just things they could improve upon to make it a great stay. It would be nice if they were able to provide a few more cleaning up things; like a broom, cleaning spray, dishwashing liquid. This would have helped us with keeping things clean. The house seemed like it had been empty for a while, maybe they could have come in and freshened it up. The water was yellow when it first came out, due to not being run through the pipes for a while. There was a DVD player, but it was broken and had no remote. The tv remote also didn't work very well, so we just didn't use them. I was also a bit confused why the security deposit wasn't taken out before we got there, like it said it would in the policy. The on the owner came and checked IDs and then asked for it in cash. They were very happy to do bank transfer rather as we didn't have that much in cash(due to not expecting to have to pay it when we got there), they also were very quick with returning the security deposit.

Summary: Good place, room for some improvements.
