Our two-storey home is situated 500m from pristine beaches & comprises 3 spacious bedrooms, including a large loft bedroom. It has consistently received excellent 5 star Guest Reviews over many decades. Please refer to past visitors unedited comments in the Guest Reviews.
This is a two-storey beach house with a large backyard. The main bedroom, with en-suite & shower, is located downstairs; whilst upstairs are 2 bedrooms including a large loft bedroom, plus a second bathroom with bath & shower. A third toilet is located in the laundry, plus we have an external shower.
Stroll 5 minutes to the pristine waters & sands of Narrawallee Beach 500m, Mollymook Beach 1km or beautiful Narrawallee Inlet 1.5km.
Perfectly sized for up to 7 persons, with quality furnishings & bedding & all the comforts a relaxing holiday demands.
STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES - ONLY COUPLES & FAMILIES ALLOWED.

SLEEPING COMPRISES:
DOWNSTAIRS: main bedroom, with en-suite & shower = 1 queen bed.
UPSTAIRS: 3 bedrooms share a separate bathroom, with a bath & shower.
Bedroom 2 = 1 queen bed plus study desk.
Bedroom 3 = 1 single bed.
Bedroom 4 = 1 king single bed, 1 single bed plus ottoman (if required). The loft bedroom is a separate area, away from the other bedrooms, & is only partly enclosed as it has a sloping roof line. It is at the opposite end of the house to the other bedrooms.
Our relaxing family home is ideally suited for 7 persons. Please note that extra person(s) above 2 are charged at $50 per person per night. This is waived for any children under 2 years old.
What bedding / linen is provided:
Doonas for Winter / light covers for Summer, pillows, mattress protectors & pillow protectors. Fitted sheets, cover sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, washers, bathmats & tea towels.
We do not have air conditioning but instead portable fans & there is good air flow due to the open plan design. On hot days we highly recommend the local clubs, such as Mollymook Beach Golf Club with its superb views, air conditioning, free wireless internet, local dolphin pod & weekly meal specials.
Although our backyard is ‘dog friendly’ we no longer accept pets, as they’ve been left unattended in the past & caused external damage, though never permitted inside.

Located just 2.5 hrs, some 220km easy drive from Sydney or Canberra is pristine Narrawallee Beach. Narrawallee is adjacent to Mollymook & located between the historical village of Milton & the fishing village of Ulladulla.
With its crystal clear waters & pure white sands, Narrawallee Beach is the perfect holiday destination offering ideal swimming conditions, numerous surfing spots, kids safe swimming patrolled during summer, Christmas & Easter holidays & a variety of rock pools to explore. All of this whilst remaining secluded & unspoiled.

There is everything nearby from swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, fishing, boating, golf & bush walking etc.

This is a coastal paradise where you can watch the local pod of dolphins surfing the waves or view the whales during migration, when they have been known to take a break in the beautiful protected bay of S Narrawallee beach.
There is a beachfront 9 hole golf course at Mollymook Beach with beautiful ocean views from the Mollymook Golf Club; plus the 18 hole Hilltop championship golf course nearby.
There are many great restaurants including the award winning Bannister's Lodge Restaurant & Bar 1km away offering world class cuisine & service, plus numerous cafes & clubs offering excellent food & great value. Bannister's' restaurant is run by the UK TV celebrity chef Rick Stein, whose family has rented our home in the past. There is also the newly built Bannister's Pavilion 500m away offering a pool bar & restaurant, located at Tallwood Ave shops.
The historical village of Milton offers unique antique & craft shops; while Ulladulla offers a beautiful harbour, movie theatres, Timezone kids entertainment, shopping & a skateboard park.
The surrounding area offers numerous 4WD trails, walks, climbing up Pigeon House Mountain, horse riding, deep sea fishing charters & a short drive to Burrill Lake for fishing, picnics & bike riding.
There is a paved pathway/bike track from this property all the way to Mollymook Beach & beyond into Ulladulla. This paved pathway also runs from outside our home to Milton & to Narrawallee Beach.
