1 Bedroom House in Delacombe, Winter Valley
Relax with our family at this peaceful place to stay.
This peaceful house offers a nice spacious master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite. We have a cute one year old little boy which is very curious and likes to meet people. He goes to bed at approximately 7pm and wakes up arround 7am.
You will have access to all shared spaces which are the patio, kitchen, living room , laundry and backyard. We also have an ICE Bath on the patio if you would like to try a cold plunge.
There will most likely be someone from the family at all times in the house if you need anything.
Please see a few friendly reminders and guidelines to keep in mind when staying at my place.
- STRICTLY NO PARTIES
- Please respect our guests and neighbours [we have the best neighbours!] and have quiet time after 9.00pm. This unit/home is very much suited to a quiet relaxing stay.
- Smoking is not permitted in the unit or outdoor areas. No candles, no vapping and no illicit drugs.
-Parking your car : on street parking is available. There is some visitor parking also, two spots out the front. Ask me questions here.
-Kitchen. Please put dirty dishes in dishwasher for sanitising and cleaning. Kindly leave kitchen as you found it. If OVEN is used, please ensure it is left in as you found it. Cleaning oven's isn't my favourite thing.🤪 A clean kitchen makes for happy guests and household!🙏
-Save the planet - turn off Air Conditioning when you go out.
-Your room can only accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. In the event that we validated that the maximum number of guests exceeded the original number of guests, there will be an addition charge of $100pp per night.
-Please lock the unit doors, balcony doors and windows securely when you go out. Appreciate it! Storms are unpredictable here !
- Please note 10am check-out time. Thank you!
-Kindly note that if extreme mess is left and is beyond our usual clean, the guest will be required to pay for a deep clean.
- Please remember that if the keys are locked in the home or lost during your stay or on check-out, we might need to call a locksmith or have the keys/locks replaced and any expenses will be paid by guest.
- Any damages will be charged to the guest.
- Bugs! We suggest when on the balcony enjoying those views, to close the fly screen doors as the bugs love to fly in, especially at night. Let's be bug free!
-Shoes - pretty please, take off your shoes at entry .
-Please note: We may request a valid ID for your booking. We may accept your booking on the proviso that you provide a selfie and government ID via the Airbnb chat thread.
