Berkshire Place is best suited for large groups such as work crews, professionals, and large families. Parties and large gathering events are not permitted. The host reserves the right to cancel bookings that pose potential health risks to others.
We may request an additional $1000 Security Bond and charge for utility usage and cleaning costs if the number of guests exceeds the original booking. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
