There are two reasons why this Sub Penthouse needs to be at the top of your list. Firstly , Size does matter when it comes to accomadation, and at around 100 square meters you will not find another 2 bedroom apartment in the Southbank prescient. The second reason this apartment needs to be considered is the potential value I can offer my guests. Weekend accomadation can be very expensive . If guests are looking for a good weekend away but the thought of paying hotel prices is really everyone reluctant to commit , then consider my apartment. The size of my apartment allows me the space to sleep up to 10 guests . My apartment over the years has been the perfect place for a group of friends to have a special night out in the city. If guests split the costs ,it becomes very affordable ,especially on a Saturday night . The apartment is also fitted out with luxury and comfort in mind.
Your master bedroom has wall mounted 65 inch smart tv( Netflix, amazon prime , Foxtel , Stan ) which you can enjoy from your award winning sleeping duck mattress. You just can’t find these finishes in your standard rentals .
Over the years my apartment the opportunity for a group of friends an affordable cost option for a groups of friends to have a night out in the city. Sat night can be expensive as the price of a hotel room can go double or triple . Ideally on a premium night my guests would pay approx. around $. My offer is unique and fulfills a niche in the market . I could not tell you how many groups celebrating a hens or bucks have booked my place over the years.

6 guests comfortable ( use modular sofa )
8 or 10 guests ( not comfortable for the guests using inflatable mattresses )

If 8-10 adults minimal nights unless your group does not mind .
The reason why I provide this option is simply some of us don't want to spend $200 per person per night . When their are 8 or 10 guests the cost will be under $100 a night.
