We rent a renovated farmhouse on a 3-hectare estate surrounded by woods with a 400m² interior courtyard. When you rent, you are the only tenant. Our house has 7 bedrooms with double beds, plus two with two single beds, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. It sleeps 18 people plus two cots. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning.
A private 5m x 10m swimming pool overlooks the landscape overlooking the private estate, facing south. It is secured by an electric shutter. The house has ample parking and a covered terrace. The building dates back to 1766 and has retained its authentic character over the years. It is located in a small wooded hamlet, ideal for a quiet family vacation. We have also built a resin tennis court (quick). There is also a wooden playset (playhouse, slide, climbing frame, and more). The village of Sourzac is 3km away and Mussidan, where you can find everything you need, is 8km away. The region is world-renowned for its prehistoric sites (Lascaut, Eyzies), its medieval towns, its numerous castles, and its vineyards. It offers a wide range of sports and green tourism activities.
