Laundry downstairs with front load washing machine and toilet. Upstairs bathrooms walk in shower, toilet & vanity. Big back yard & BBQ, outdoor table and seating with outdoor lounge that fits 6 people.. Driveway fits 3 cars.
Garage is not accessible! You can park your vehicle in the driveway or utilise on-street parking if you're coming with more than 2 cars. Do ensure your car does not block our neighbour’s entrance to their driveway.
