A corridor leading off the living room leads to the bedrooms & bathrooms:
- Bedroom 1: parental suite with 1 bed 160x200, overlooking the terrace, TV, dressing room and adjoining bathroom with basin and shower cubicle
- Bedroom 2 with 1 bed 160x200, overlooking the terrace with a large closet
- Bedroom 3 with 1 bed 140x190 and storage. Staircase in this roomlead up to a mezzanine level overlooking the living room, usually used as an office.

A well-kept lawn surrounds the terrace on two sides, on the third is a nicely-landscaped area.
The front of the house is gated, and has a short driveway with parking fo 1 car.
Close to cycle paths for beaches in Moliets et Maa and daily village market.
Nature reserve near to the house and beaches close by.
