External area's include sweeping undercover verandah's that offer multiple lounging and dining options. A lush, fully irrigated lawn and an all weather basketball/sports court (including an external fold away table tennis table) are perfect for all sporting activities, there is also a Spornia Golf driving net to practise your swing. For those that prefer pure relaxation, simply relax in the solar heated, infinity edge, glass mosaic pool that is self cleaning.
The house design embracing natural climate control and thermal performance, however, for those extreme temperate days, there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms as well as air-conditioning, hydronic heating and a Lopi gas fireplace.
