Snakes are uncommon but present, incl Brown Snakes and Red Bellie's to be most cautious of. Snakes will leave you alone unless startled or threatened.
Recommend you be mindful of the area around the cottage and the Barossa
Don't leave doors open, shoes or clothing outside & don't put your hands anywhere you can't see clearly. Be conscious if you are walking around the area, particularly close to water.
Snake catcher if you find one (best to leave them alone and treat with respect….be mindful with children and pets)

PLEASE NOTE - Our professional cleaners sanitize and disinfect the entire house after each guest using hospital grade chemicals.
Our property has a firm no party policy with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time without approval. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no loud music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
