The north facing spacious living-dining room captures the warmth of the winter sun. A turbo wood heater provides ambience and keeps the warmth throughout the house on those cooler days and nights. The front veranda showcases the spectacular views of the flora and fauna reserve, the Bay, the You Yangs and beyond. At the back of the house, from the dining room sliding doors, there is a brick paved courtyard, extra seating area and barbeque all leading to a sizeable lawn and garden area.
