Entering through the front door, one is immediately presented with a view through the dining area and out to the pool and the hills beyond. To the left is a new, modern kitchen and off to the right, a corridor leads to a beautiful, walk in shower room, separate WC and the first of the Double Bedrooms - ideal for any guests uncomfortable with stairs.
Spanning the full width of the house on the ground floor, is the large living room and dining area with multilpe patio doors leading out on to the patio and the garden and pool beyond.
Upstairs, there are a further 2 large double bedrooms, one with a separate single bed and a further twin bedroom with two single beds as well as another shower room with toilet. All the bedrooms upstairs have breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards and countryside.
Back on the ground floor, a further staircase leads down to the utility and exercise area.
Passing through the patio doors, there is a terrace with outdoor dining table overlooking the pool and hills in the distance. A small garden in front and to the side of the terrace features a play area for the kids and then a much larger garden beyond the pool boasts a variety of fruit trees. The pool itself dominates the garden with plenty of space around the pool for sunbathing and admiring the stunning views. A large pool house offers some shade as well as a fridge, BBQ area and dining table along with outdoor sofas for relaxing in the evening sun.
