This ''upside down'' house has one bedroom downstairs with a study and one bedroom upstairs with the open kitchen and living area. The roof top deck is perfect watching the ocean from the house or stars at night. Comfortably sleeps 8 adults. Completely rebuilt in 2023. The cottage contains all new finishes and all new furnishings including hardwood floors, tile baths, a well equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, plus a beautiful roof top deck with railings to enjoy looking out at the ocean.
