This modern industrial style cottage is perfectly sized for couples & families searching for time to relax and unwind together. This cottage is full of character and is your home away from home with everything you need to relax and unwind. Some of the great attributes include a 6 seater undercover outdoor hot tub/spa, a sauna, outdoor couches, outdoor fire pit and an indoor wood fire. There are also 2 reverse split systems in the cottage to keep you as cool or as warm as you need.
The open plan living is spacious with a kitchen, lounge, dining and fire place downstairs. It has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have there own staircase and are similar to a loft style or mezzanine floor. One bedroom is extremely large (with 2 king sized beds) and the other two bedrooms are compact.
The newly renovated bathroom is fresh and bright. It also includes a laundry with ample cupboard space, a washing machine, a dryer and a sink. It is sectioned off with sliding doors.
A small alfresco outdoor area is located at the rear of the cottage and includes:- decking area, BBQ, drinks fridge, outdoor couch setting, spa and sauna.
At the front entrance of the cottage is an outdoor dining area and chairs, along with a small firepit. Please note that there is a main house on the same property that accommodates a family. The cottage is separated from this with an open fence at the front and fully fenced at the back. The driveway entrance is the only part of the property that is shared.

Kirkdale Cottage is located 1 km from the town centre. It is a 10 minute stroll to Dunsmore Beach, one of the most popular family beaches on the Island. Just a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Cowes and the local RSL is very close by. A convenient short drive to many of our local attractions such as; Penguins, Koala Park, Maze and Ropes course, Motor Grand Prix track, The Nobbies, Woolamai and surf beaches.
