There are two balconies which have ocean views where you can watch the dolphins playing close to shore or sit back and enjoy the stunning aspect of the headlands of Port Stephens whilst whipping up the BBQ lunch or dinner. The living area boasts a large screenTV and DVD player and ceiling fan, both bedrooms alsohave ceiling fans to make your staymore comfortable.
The bathroom has a shower andbath and separate toilet, there is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer andone undercover car space with remote operated driveway entry gate.Huge grassed outdoor area right on the waters edge where the kids can run and play or take a stroll along the pretty beach watching thesunrises and sunsets.
