Located in the village itself it is a flat 5 minute walk to Sandy Point and Snapper man beaches the ideal beaches for families and children. Stylishly refurbished with polished floorboards and a Hamptons feel, this home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. It offers a traditional relaxing beach holiday. Upon entering the home you are greeted with a simple set of stairs upwards, to your right you will find the kids retreat with lounge area TV and bathroom, there is also twin singles located on this level. As you walk up the stair case you are greeted with a spectacular space. The living area spills onto an undercover outdoor porch overlooking the pool. Reverse cycle air conditioning and drop down blinds and shutters make this home comfortable on the hottest of days. There are also3 bedrooms and another bathroom on this level. As you meander through the home to the 3rd level you will find the master bedroom with own deck and en-suite. A true parents retreat, it offers a lovely outlook over the trees out to the beautiful waters of Pittwater
