Entertainment options include a television, video player, DVD player, and CD player, ensuring there's something for everyone. Stay cozy during cooler evenings with the slow combustion fire, and wood is supplied for your convenience. For added comfort, there is also a reverse cycle air conditioner in the living areas, as well as two portable fans.
The home features four bedrooms, providing ample sleeping arrangements for your group. The bedding configuration includes one queen bed, five single beds, one bunk bed, and one trundle bed. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with fans for added comfort.
The property offers two bathrooms for your convenience. The first bathroom features a shower, toilet, and vanity, while the second bathroom also serves as the laundry area and includes a shower over the bath, a vanity, and a washing machine.
Step outside onto the rear decking area, where you can relax and enjoy the outdoor setting. A gas barbecue is provided for outdoor cooking, allowing you to savor delicious meals in the fresh air. There is also an outdoor shower and rainwater tank available for your use.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
