This gorgeous 3 bedroom beach house has just been fully renovated – kitchen, bathrooms (yes – two of them!), floors, lighting, furniture – basically top to bottom! Walking distance to the fabulous Goolwa Beach and so close to the golf course and the river, this beach house is perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Goolwa has to offer. Usually, you can hear the very special sound of the waves pounding in at Goolwa Beach!
The house has two open-plan spaces – the kitchen area and a big living/dining room to the rear. Both living spaces have a big-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine (Nespresso), plus a big island bench with stools.
There are three good-sized bedrooms, sleeping 6 people. The brand-new bathroom is beautifully finished and there’s an ensuite off the main bedroom at the other end of the house.
There is a big deck to the rear of the property and a delightfully private, fully enclosed rear yard (great for pets and kids!). You can park in an enclosed carport (behind the roller door) and there is also plenty of off-street parking in the driveway.

Entertainment – there is NBN WiFi available at the property plus Apple TV (with Netflix).
To eat out (great for brunch and lunch), walk just a few minutes to the fabulous Kuti Cafe at Goolwa Beach. Great coffee, delicious food and stunning views.
