THE SPACE
This quintessential Peninsula retreat is an expansive contemporary home offering family living on a large scale. With two lounge areas, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen, there is plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax.
This home is very inviting with its open-plan living, high-speed WIFI, ample space and heating and cooling. Enjoy the entertainer's kitchen, generously proportioned with plenty of storage, stone benchtops with luxury appliances, and a covered patio ideal for alfresco dining. Outdoors also provides an expansive deck surrounding a fire pit, a shaded area with lounge chairs, a beautifully manicured garden and a lawn area for the kids to play.
It is an easy 6-minute walk (600 meters) to the beach, and not far from the several cafes and eateries of Dromana, or get in the car and travel a little to see all that the Peninsula has to offer, from award-winning wineries and restaurants to kids activities and bush walks.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Bedroom 4: 1 x Tri-bunk - double bottom, single top + 1 single sofa bed(4 guests)
Bedroom 5: 1 x Double sofa bed - Study (1 guest) - OPEN & NO DOOR
Please note, that the study area sofa bed will not be set up and the bedding will be in the cupboard. BYO linen for the portacot. The 5th bedroom / Study Area is open plan and does not have a door. Also, the sofa beds are only really suitable for kids (aged 3-10 years old) as they are not large sofa beds. The upstairs lounge has a sofa bed that sleeps 1 person, in addition to the sofa bed in the downstairs study.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions.
