Stunning seaside homestead, featuring all the luxury of coastal and country style living, poolside entertainment, and just moments from the beach. Easy access to loads of activities and attractions, including the foreshore walking & cycling tracks, Dromana pier, Arthurs Seat bike track, trendy cafes, and a huge park. The mood is set for a relaxing escape the moment you enter the front gate. Guests are welcomed by the ambience of huge, vaulted timber ceilings, rich décor, and two beautifully appointed living rooms, complete with wood fires (BYO Wood), 2 smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon and Disney channel, gas heating, evaporative cooling, and comfortable lounges. The fully equipped kitchen is brimming with country charm, while featuring stone bench tops, gas hotplates, a breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, a double oven, and a coffee pod machine. The second living room offers loads of activities, including plenty of games, some musical instruments for a jam session, plus a treadmill for the more energetic guests. Please treat with care!

The four spacious bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests, making this an ideal retreat for 2-3 families. There are 2 queen bedrooms, tri bunks (single over a double) in the 3rd bedroom, and single bunks, plus a double bed in the 4th bedroom. There is an ensuite to the master bedroom, and a full family bathroom including separate bath and shower, and a separate toilet.
Outside.
Fabulous outdoor living and dining, overlooking the solar heated pool and perfectly manicured gardens. Dine here all year round with the comfort of surrounding weather protected shade blinds. The yard is fully fenced, creating a totally private retreat. Guests are welcome to cook with produce from the vegetable garden (depending on the season). Bring your bikes and challenge Arthurs Seat or follow the off-road coastal track from Dromana to Sorrento. Stroll to the Boundary Rd general store, trendy cafes, bottle shop, and huge parklands. Driveway parking for 2 cars, the garage is not available.
