It is only about a 13 minute train ride from Yarraville station to Southern Cross.

Two bathrooms: one ensuite and one main bathroom (upstairs). Each have large showers.
Separate study nook with desk and office chair (upstairs).
Open living, kitchen and dining with four-seater dining table (downstairs).
Fully-equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, knives, dinnerware, glassware, serveware, cooking utensils, cutlery, full sized fridge (including freezer) and pantry for your use. Tea & coffee and some condiments provided.

The property has fairly steep stairs so unfortunately it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
The property is on a busy road but it is the second unit back from the road. The traffic is not too bad on weekends. There are also currently some building works happening on the block next door, but these are generally only during the day during the week.
