Laetitia and Vincent will be happy to welcome you from April to the end of October for a weekly stay or a weekend break.
Located on the outskirts of the charming village of Salles sous bois, you will find yourself in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, surrounded by lavender fields, truffle oaks, wild broom ... and the song of cicadas.
The House of Helen is an authentic house, character, on two floors, mixing stone slabs and parquet, lime and stone, old beams, period fireplace and attic rooms.
At 30 meters from the house, you can enjoy a garden (not fenced) shaded by almond trees overlooking the fields of lavender and surrounding hills.
A hammock and a barbecue are at your disposal to enjoy the beautiful days and evenings of summer! Access to the garden is your priority, but during your absence, we allow ourselves to spend a moment in total discretion.
From the house you have access to many forest trails for hikers and around many activities available to you, bike rental, fishing, quad ride, horseback riding or with donkeys, golf club. golf, climbing, tree climbing park, geocaching ...
Discover our heritage (castles, fountains, villages classified ...), our local products (truffles, lavender, honey, olives ...), our specialties (nougat, picodon, Rhone coast), local crafts (pottery, ceramics, artists painters, sculptors ...
Housing
With an area of 80m2, our cottage can accommodate up to 5 people, plus possibility to install a cot. Your pets are also welcome.
On the ground floor :

- Discount with a washing machine and where can be stored bicycles, stroller, hiking business ... etc.
On the 1st floor, the place of life:
- Living room with a sofa 3 places (non convertible), a sofa 2 places, an armchair, a TV.
- Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, crockery ...
On the 2nd floor, the sleeping area:
- Bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm)
- Second large bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a single bed
Access of travelers
We rent our cottage in high season (July / August) only weekly and with a minimum of 2 nights for other periods.
You will have access to the whole of the accommodation as well as the garden (not enclosed) and a private carpark (for 1 vehicle) being located at 30 meters of the house.
If several vehicles, free parking is 100m.

At the rental price, is added the tourist tax which is 4% to be paid upon arrival.

Salles sous bois is a small, peaceful village of 180 inhabitants, where life is good.
You will discover many mansions of the fourteenth and fifteenth century, Renaissance windows on some facades, a beautiful covered laundry and a restored priory.
2 minutes walk from the cottage, is "La Marguerite" a very good restaurant, country bistro, ideal with children because large secure outdoor area with trampoline and games.
