It is an ideal house/garden to relax in after a day visiting the Arts precinct; the tennis; the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre; the Botanic Gardens; or the popular beaches of St Kilda, Elwood and Port Melbourne. Public transport is excellent and there is easy tram/bus/train access to central Melbourne for shopping and other tourist attractions; or to Melbourne University in Carlton or as far as Latrobe and Monash Universities. Sorry, party-lovers, it is not at all suited to having parties because of the close proximity of neighbours and has a strict no-party policy to prevent disturbance to them.
