This large house has two seperate living areas, a huge balcony upstairs and large veranda downstairs so there’s plenty of room for the family to spread our.
Wet bar and fireplace upstairs with large balcony to dine on with 180 degree bay views from Mornington to the City. There is a table tennis table, wall mounted tv, treadmill, record player with huge collection and retro arcade system for entertainment. Also upstairs is the Double and King bedrooms. The king has uninterrupted bay views, a huge walk in robe and ensuite with shower and seperate toilet.
The kitchen is well stocked with pantry items, a dishwasher, Miele oven/stover, coffee machine, Thermomix, air-fryer, microwave and large dining table to seat 8.
Also downstairs is the Queen bedroom with garden views, a large couch, wall mounted flatscreen TV with Foxtel, Netflix, Stan etc. A Bluetooth stereo and a huge beautiful tropical fish tank.
The backyard with direct gate to beach has outdoor shower, fire pit, BBQ, trampoline and daybed on the veranda to relax and listen to the sound of the bay.
Towels, linen and beach towels provided.
Upon request we can provide books and toys for children, high chairs and baby swings etc and beach toys.
