Upstairs there is a large open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge are with large flat screen Smart TV with Platinum Foxtel. There is also a bedroom with ensuite upstairs. Step outside onto the large upstairs verandah and enjoy relaxing views of Fishermans Beach while sipping cocktails on the outdoor lounge.
Downstairs there is a fully functional laundry with washing machine and dryer.
