Our large family house is a 5 bedrooms with the charm of the 30's. It gets its own private access and private beach to Annecy lake, a big garden and a large terrace for lunch/dinner. Annecy is located 17 kms and Doussard village 3,5 kms (with necessary shops).
We hope that you will like our family house which has got a large ground (about 1500m2), and also a private piece of land in front of the lake, accessible through a private pedestrian tunnel closing with a door, a diving board (children who cannot swim may wear equipment). There is a direct access to the cycling path in order to ride to Annecy or to Doussard and Faverges.
The house is just along the national road Albertville-Annecy
You will appreciate the large terrace for meals, it is open on the garden, oriented west.
