Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140cm), the second with a single pull-out bed (90cm), and the third with a queen-size bed (160cm). There is also a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. Located 15 km from Sarlat, a medieval town with exceptional heritage, and close to numerous tourist attractions such as the Château de Beynac, the Château de Castelnaud, the Vézère Valley, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, and Lascaux, the property is situated on the D61, 3 km from the quarry.
You can enjoy pleasant views of the countryside and a natural setting. A private, heated, saltwater swimming pool, covered by a dome, measures 8.75m x 4.05m and is 1.10m to 1.60m deep. It is open year-round.
The outdoor area includes a lovely park with a trampoline, ping-pong table, and swing.
