Searching for a relaxing holiday home where you have your own space, the kids have toys and the pet is safe. Well, look no further.
This lovely 4 bedroom house has tons of space to accomodate two families or a large group of friends. The house is conveniently located behind the fish and chip shop in the heart of town. It is an easy and flat five minute walk to Lake Victoria beach, general store/bottle shop, marina, restaurant/pub, playground and skate board park.
Or get in the car and drive five minutes to the majestic ninety mile ocean beach. You couldn't ask for a better location close to all of these amenities.
INDOOR LIVING
Upon entering the foyer area with seating, you will be presented with large open plan living. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is heaps of seating including a breakfast bar, or choose from one of the two dining tables if you want to seperate the kids from the adults.
The sunken lounge has a chaise leather lounge to put your feet up and watch TV. Or if you are tired of the black box, you can unwind with a drink and a book in the second sitting area.
The house is air conditioned for those hot summer nights. For those cold wintery days, you can turn on the heater or light a log fire.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Both queen bedrooms have sliding doors to the back deck where you can sit and watch the kangaroos grazing or the kids froliking in the flat grassed area.
The front dining area is equipped with a timber table and a new Webber BBQ so that you can dine while watching the sun go down.
The front bedroom can also access the front area with a private door to access the front yard.
For those with a four legged family member, a secure fence and gate in the front yard gives you peace of mind that they will be safe.
BEDROOMS
Features two Queen bedrooms with new comfortable mattresses. Both queen bedrooms have private exits to the back deck.
A bunk bed room that sleeps four.
The fourth room with a double sofa bed includes a TV.
BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms which is perfect if there are two families or large groups.
One has a shower over bathtub.
The second shower room has a new vanity and toilet.
