The property has split system heating and cooling, whilst the lounge has a large flat screen tv, dvd player and comfortable sofas. Other features include a well equipped laundry and modern bathroom with an additional separate toilet off from the laundry.
Step out from the dining onto the newly appointed undercover deck area. This fresh, new merbau deck area is undercover to ensure that you can use it rain, hail or shine. Watch the kids play in the backyard while sharing a warm conversation with friends or family at the outdoor dining table.
