Short walk to the Falmouth Heights beach, British Beer Company, Soprano's Italian Restaurant (new this year) and the Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Great alternative to a hotel room. Summary: The location of this property is phenomenal and is central to the beach, a few restaurants, coffee, and shopping. The exterior of the property and the landscape is barely maintained. You share the property with another guest who rents the main house. There Is no AC which is ok on cool nights but on warmer nights there is absolutely no air flow and difficult to sleep. At this price a window unit is a reasonable ask. The kitchen is excellent and equipped to cook a full meal. The wifi will not work if the guests in the main house are using it. The use of a wifi extender is not enough to make up for poor bandwidth.
