7 night minimum during July and August. 3 night minimum during other available months. Rental is not available during November to Mid-April. No pets, no exceptions made. We do not negotiate rates, offer reduced rates or viewings of the property. Public street parking. Beach tags are provided. This is a 2nd floor vintage cottage that sleeps four with a maximum of four people. It's a rear unit on 330 Ocean Ave. located just four blocks from the beach at Third and Ocean Ave.
The cottage has central air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi/TV/Netflix, a living room/dining area, two bedrooms with wicker twin beds in one and a lovely antique full bed in the other, full bath with tub and shower. The kitchen is of yesteryear with a refrigerator, gas stove, farm sink, a beautiful vintage farm cabinet, microwave and coffee maker. It’s fully equipped for your cooking needs including the wine glasses for the evening. There is a small balcony for your relaxation and a shared, small yard with a picnic table and benches. An open, outdoor shower head is situated outside the yard's surrounding white fence to wash off after returning from the beach.
Check-in is 4:00-9:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. You provide your linens and towels. Beach tags are provided as part of the rental fee, but must remain at the cottage upon departure for the next guests. No smoking on the premises. $250.00 fee to be taken for cleaning of smoke from cottage.
The boardwalk and beach are just a short walk away. The bay is just a few blocks from the cottage to place your boat, if needed. There is a laundromat located roughly one block from the cottage. Positively 4th Street Cafe is around the corner as well, which has great food and atmosphere. Restaurants such as Mosaic, Cousins and Island Grill dot the corners close to the cottage. Downtown Ocean City is within walking distance and hosts over one hundred places to shop and eat.

Rentals require a $500.00 security deposit which is refunded after 7 days of a guest's departure, barring no property damage. Costs for damage incurred by a guest shall be the responsibility of the guest. You may choose to have additional cleaning services on an extended stay each week at $100.00 a week. No sub-leasing of the rental.
