Downstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and bathroom with large spa-like shower. Step out onto the private downstairs patio from the bedroom to relax with fresh ocean breezes. Also downstairs is a second bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with shower. On those rare, cool San Diego nights, you can enjoy the gas fireplace. Located directly across from one of the two pool/spa areas and just steps to the beach access stairs, this unit is the perfect spot for your family.

Located in Seascape Sur condo complex, renowned for its zen-like landscaping, waterfalls, streams and koi ponds. This gated community offers underground, assigned parking and has two swimming pools, two spas, two lighted tennis courts, a spacious patio area and direct beach access. Take a morning walk to one of the many nearby coffee and breakfast spots, including the Cedros Design District. Just blocks away from the Coaster train station which will take you south to downtown San Diego, the Padres ballpark, Old Town San Diego or north to Oceanside and beyond. Seascape Sur is the residence of choice for the Del Mar Race Track seasons. Gate to beach access stairs at the northwest of the property. Seascape Sur has a number of stairs throughout the property and would not be appropriate for those with mobility issues.
