Summary: The room was clean but needs updating. Remove old carpet. Originally, the person st front desk was going to charge $100 cleaning fee for bringing our service dog. I sent her the ADA service dog documentation from the ADA website and she agreed not to charge the fee. The ADA law has been in place since 1990, it is frustrating that most businesses do not abide by the law.
