In the heart of historic Osterville village and about a mile to Dowses Beach this is the ideal Cape Cod central Air Conditioned vacation home with a beautiful pool.
You are greeted by a bright cathedral-ceiling entry way that leads into an open concept first floor that is comfortable and newly updated offering all the comforts of home.
The fire-placed living room has a large flat screen HD TV (and high speed internet) and opens up to a casual dining area and comfortably sized kitchen.
The first floor powder room is actually a full bath with a shower and laundry. It is across the hall from our office/bedroom with a brand new barn door for privacy. This room has a new comfy daybed with a hidden trundle for additional sleeping accommodations.
The second floor offers a shared full sized bathroom and three bedrooms.
Each bedroom has new linens, a dresser and standard sized closets for plenty of storage to accommodate your personal needs.
Our main bedroom features a new king size bed and a large flat screen TV.
The second bedroom with a queen is charming and the third bedroom is cozy with a set of twin beds.
In the back yard is an 18X30 in-ground, heated, salt water pool and large patio. The yard is fenced in with arbor and gate access. There is also a gas grill when you want to stay home and BBQ.
The rental also comes with a Barnstable Beach Pass with free access to all Barnstable beaches. We also have beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and bikes for your enjoyment.
Once you are settled into the Half Shell, take a stroll down main street and enjoy all the village has to offer- from the fabulous shopping and restaurants to the local library with daily events for the whole family. There is even a neighborhood liquor store and market, so you never have to leave the village for provisions. If you do... we are only about 15 minutes from Hyannis where the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are - perfect for a fun day trip adventure!
