Our property is close to the city centre, approximately 10 minute drive to the Falls. We are within walking distance to restaurants, Lundy's Lane dining, and parks. Flexible check in. Shopping is close by. A short drive to beautiful NOTL. You’ll love my place because we are located in an upscale neighborhood, featuring a contemporary, newly built home, with eclectic art work, central to most amenities. We provide onsite parking. Our property is best suited to couples and solo adventurers who want to explore the sights throughout the day and sample local cuisine for dinner. Guests have access to a newly finished lower level, 400 square foot, suite complete with king bed, 2 sets of king pillows, contemporary ensuite bathroom, a cosy sitting room, Fireplace, flat screen TV/DVD player a contemporary kitchenette complete with toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle and a mini fridge. I also supply coffee, tea and sugar. Also provided are area guide magazines, books, games, and reading materials available for your enjoyment. For your convenience we offer a keyless entry to our home. We require you to leave your outdoor shoes by the door to ensure cleanliness for everyone. Slippers are provided. We are available throughout your stay to offer suggestions on the area and provide helpful information. Summer rates begin in May with a 2 night minimum.
