The entire home has been completely remodeled including hardwood floors throughout, stainless appliances, brand new furniture, washer/dryer, off street parking, private deck with gas grill and propane provided. Linens, towels, kitchen essentials, beach chairs, beach towels, kayak, paddle board, umbrellas and beach toys included. Once again, THIS HOUSE SITS DIRECTLY ON THE SAND. This is one full floor within a two family home. The interior space includes a full kitchen, living room, full bathroom, three bedrooms. The exterior includes a private deck with outdoor dining area and lounge chairs plus your own private beach!
I like to tell guests in advance that this is an extremely quiet beach. The booking cost is for up to six people to stay in the house. There is a strict maximum of no more than 10 persons at the house at any given time. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. There is also a two car maximum. For the security of our travelers, and the home, front and rear entrances are monitored via security cameras.
