The main house has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Both floors have their own primary en-suite! The first floor features a stunning chefs kitchen with enough space to cook for everyone, living room, dining area, and a primary bedroom en-suite. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a bonus room with a couch, table & chairs, games, and 2 twin trundle beds (4 twin beds). The garage has a ping pong table for those rainy days! The guest house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a beautiful kitchen/living room area. Step outback and relax in the private fenced in yard. Patio furniture, outdoor dining table for 8 people, and BBQ grill included. This property is well equipped with beach chairs, linens, cooking supplies, and much more. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! This property has parking for 5 vehicles maximum. This property has a 30 lbs pet weight limit and maximum of 2 dogs with prior approval only. Pet fee is $150/dog.
