Positive: The place was neat and sea view was great. Restaurants on the estate and a short distance into the town.

Negative: On arrival bathroom basin drainage was blocked which only got fixed the following day. Then the stopper got stuck in the basin which the plumber came around to check the next day and was supposed to return to fix it the following day but never pitched throughout our stay. Opened the one cupboard and the door fell off. Couch in the lounge is old and needs to be replaced. Iron steams when it wants to and hair dryer worked for about 10 mins before dying and never came back on. Bedding was only changed the day before we left with a bed sheet that was torn and had holes. Parking is a real mission to find at times. Appliances in the kitchen are starting to rust. I've booked with booking.com many times before and this was my 1st time with some negative feedback.
