- Bedroom 5: sleeping area with 4 single beds and two bunk beds. Relaxation area with TV, convertible sofa (double), coffee table, table soccer and mini ping-pong table.

- A beautiful 16,000 m² garden by a stream with a wooden summer kiosk.
- A 30 m² south-east-facing terrace, sunny between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
