The location of the home allows an easy walk to Inkwell Beach and walking distance to the Oak Bluffs Reliable grocery store, restaurants and shops. Families will enjoy walking along Ocean Park to the historic Flying Horses Carousel and ice cream shops on nearby Circuit Avenue. A classic Victorian jewel, the house at 30 Samoset was built in 1874 and is typical of the Queen Anne style. It is large and asymmetric with a wrap-around porch. The east side also has a small deck off the kitchen (this is very nice for breakfast). On the west side there is a stoop off the kitchen and a stoop from the shower room, both opening to a fenced yard with a nice brick terrace with table and chairs. This side also has a hedged yard with a gate closing it from the street. The east side has off street parking space for two cars.
